Does anyone actually see me?
Anyway, I just posted a request for help in my other blogsite but I’m just wondering…does anyone out there really ever get to notice my microscopic dot in the blog universe? If you’re out there reading this, can you please be so kind enough to drop me a comment? I guess this is just my own primitive way of testing things out. I signed up yet another blogsitewith Payperpost but I haven’t seen any activity just yet. This recent interest made me hop from one blog to another and I noticed that in order to be noticed, one must reach out. Maybe that’s what I lack. I’m usually content in my own niche that I don’t go rolling about elsewhere. In life, I think I have a tendency to be that way too. I won’t budge for days and days until someone manages to poke me with a stick and dare ask “How are you doing?”. But then again, maybe I have a tendency to linger in my cave because I’m a blogger–the new career of the millenium (LOL!), and the people in my circle of trust already know pretty much what’s up. *cold* Hey, I’m trying!
Now, if only I can try to establish more links to be more popular…maybe then I’ll have more chances with Payperpost. But I don’t want to be popular! I don’t like spreading myself thinly. I want quality, not quantity. But I could also use more money, hahaha. So I’m willing to compromise.
Anyway, just an insight from it all: I’m just happy that people are blogging. Writing is always a good therapy. It improves the mental faculties and fosters better and more well-thought of understandings between parties (at least that’s how I see it). And I’m happy to realize that we are all linked up somehow now, and that we are establishing connections and friendships in a different 
realm. The world is getting smaller and smaller. Maybe my tiny dot will grow a tad bigger each day. The world is shrinking and we don’t need a plane to travel anymore. And with more knowledge at our fingertips, aren’t we all more intelligent if not wiser each day? I’m happy for us! I just hope we don’t forget the BASICS. I guess that should start with me. Huh.

I just read your blog. You’re right about not forgetting the basics in life. In this wired world, that’s becoming more difficult to do. Sounds like you’re well-grounded with family and all. Don’t worry about popularity. Just write, enjoy and be true to yourself.

I see you. And you’re very right about writing being a good therapy. It lets me put things into perspective and gives me a chance to show my creativity. And we always need more money! :p

I’m looking for a new site. Hubby wants to dip his toes in writing too (with me) and my new assignment is to find and try a new haven for blogging. Hehehe
