Home at Heron Bay

…I think we’re making real good progress at house-hunting…

We found this new house at Heron Bay last week and submitted an offer right away. It’s a 3 bedroom/2.5 bath two-storey simple charmer (dang! I know that real estate lingo now).  Just a little bit more paperwork and it will be on escrow.  So hopefully, this is it.  It’s the only “candidate” we didn’t give a name to, by the way.  Forget Daisy on Pacific Ave., Betty by El Paseo, Leila on Solomon Lane.  We went a little superstitious this time, hahaha. So hopefully we can move our butts into the house without a name come September.  Keep your fingers crossed.
