It’s in escrow!

The house is in escrow.  And hopefully closing on the 27th of this month! We already started hunting for furniture.  We already put a down payment on a black leather sectional couch with a chaise, a really cool glass topped wooden coffee table and a dining set that seats 8.  They were all in matching dark cappuccino! Hopefully things go well til the end.
